Life Had Other Ideas.
Before Better Than Planned was a brand, it was a lesson.
For 13 years I worked in emergency services, helping others through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Then life threw me a plot twist I never saw coming.
PTSD, anxiety and depression brought my career to an unexpected end. I felt lost, uncertain and disconnected from the future I thought I had planned.
But sometimes the end of one chapter becomes the beginning of another.
Better Than Planned Was Born
What started as rebuilding myself slowly turned into creating something meaningful.
I wanted to create more than products.
I wanted to create reminders.
Reminders that:
- Starting over isn't failing.
- Growth isn't always comfortable.
- Healing isn't always linear.
- Your story isn't over yet.
